What's In The Report?
Our home inspector will inspect readily accessible, visually observable, installed systems and components of the home. Afterwards, we'll provide the client with an emailed written report describing their safety, function, and general condition within 24-hours. The inspection report will provide recommendations on who to contact for further evaluation and/or corrections of the inspected systems and components.
We also provide our clients a "REPAIR ESTIMATE COST " for an additional fee.
How Much Does It Cost?
Costs varies depending on the size, age, travel time, and design of the home. A 3K sq. ft home will cost more than a 1.5K sq. ft home. As will an older home with a crawl space cost more than a newer home on a concrete slab.
To give you an idea of our pricing; to inspect a 2K sq. ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath house on a concrete slab, built in 2012 would be around $285.
We will MACTH or beat ANY estimate you receive from a licensed inspector!
